Q. What should I do if I can’t check in to a specific location?
A. Those having trouble checking in to specific locations – or those who need help with general troubleshooting – should contact Bandwango via email or call or text 888-921-5333. An alternate check in method may be recommended.

For Libraries
Q. Hey, this passport looks neat! Can I join?
A. Yes! Those interested in being added to the Indiana Library Passport should contact the Indiana State Library’s communications director for more information.

Q. Does it cost for libraries to be added to the passport?
A. There is no cost to be added to the passport.

Q. Do you have any promo materials that I can print out?
A. Yes. A printable 8.5 x 11 flyer with QR code can be downloaded here.

Q. Do you have any digital marketing materials?

Q. Do you have an HTML image link/button that I can use to directly connect the Indiana Library Passport website to my library’s website?

Q. Are Indiana library employees eligible to be entered into the prize drawing?
A. Indiana library staff can use the Indiana Library Passport, but employees from library systems participating in the Indiana Library Passport program are not eligible for the quarterly prize drawing.

Q. How often can I win a prize?
A. Winners of the prize package drawing may only receive one prize package per 12-month period.
